The acronym USAO stands for the "United States Attorney's Office". The acronym WDNY stands for "Western District New York". This is the federal government. Noticed how the pages are numbered: page 5 and then it jumps to page 8. It would be interesting to read pages 6 and 7. This is apparently not the complete document. Notice there is no mention in detail of how the Cayuga Nation has been working with, communicating and coordinating with the USAO and representatives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the New York State Police and various local law enforcement agencies. Notice that there is a footnote number 4, that does not pertain to a sentence or any passages contained in this internet released document.
