8.)Canada's 150 year Plan to forcibly assimilate the people, children and future generations of the Six Nations Confederacy is in fact "POISON FRUIT OF THE POISON TREE"(13 min read)

Canada in now in process of trying to misuse the United Nations Declaration of Rights of Indigenous People(UNDRIP) also known as Bill C-15, to forcibly assimilate the people of the Six Nations.

The Canadian government knows that it is legally obligated through legally binding  treaties, agreements and constructive arraignments to the Six Nations Confederacy for all health, education and welfare, at a minimum. Reclaiming land back for the people of Six Nations to live on, is and always has been a priority for the Six Nation Confederacy. No amount of money can replace land. When the money is gone, you have nothing. Land lasts forever.

The land belongs to the children who are not yet born. This is the tradition, custom, culture and ancient law of the Six Nation Confederacy and People. Bill C-15/UNDRIP clearly protects this.

The Canadian government can only be free from these legal obligations to the Six Nations Confederacy, if the Six Nations Confederacy is destroyed. This will not happen. All the treaties, agreements, constructive arraigments and all other manner of Canada's dealings with the Six Nation Confederacy can only be made now with the Six Nation Confederacy. Canada is trying to now make deals with their "elected chief and councilors of six nations" is nothing more than the canadian government making deals with itself through Canada's "elected chief and councilors of six nations".

The Six Nation Confedercy is the only legal government of the Six Nation People. It has been this way for thousands of years. It a violation of Bill C-15/UNDRIP for Canada to tell the Six Nations people what their traditions, customs and ancient laws are. Canada can no longer dictate or alter our oral history. Canada must go by what the Six Nation Confederacy states and has always known and practiced- it is the only legal government of the Six Nation People and the only one reconized by nations around the world as such, except canada. That has now changed, Bill C-15/UNDRIP became Canadian Law- June 21, 2021.

Canada's plan is "POISON FRUIT OF THE POISON TREE". Lawyers use this legal phrase in court to successfully defeat legal situations like the one Canada has created with its 150 year plan.

Onondaga Chief Vincent Johnson of the Haudenosaunee-Six Nations Confederacy gave his permission to relate the following:

'Chief Johnson was chosen to be the first official Six Nations Confederacy Representative at the United Nations in the early 1980s. Chief Johnson related that the "Indian Act" was created by the Canadian government in approximately 1875 to specifically destroy and assimilate the Six Nations Confederacy. The Canadian government started with a 100-year plan to accomplish this. 100 years later in 1975, the Six Nation Confederacy is still here as the Creator intended. So Canada then came up with a 25-year plan to destroy and forcibly assimilate the Six Nations Confederacy. This brings us up to the Year 2000 and the Six Nations Confederacy is still here as the Creator intended. The Canadian government then created yet another 25 year plan to destroy and forcibly assimilate the Six Nations Confederacy.' (end of Chief Johnsons relate)

This last 25 year plan brings us all, up to the present time in 2021, with approximately four years left in Canada's current 25-year plan to destroy and forcibly assimilate ALL the people of Six Nations. This is genocide, colonialism and forced assimilation, all in violation of Bill C-15/ UNDRIP. You are now going to see a rapid fire of the canadian government making deals with itself through the "elected chief and concillors"of six nations. Expect lots of money, but remember, money lasts a very short time but land lasts forever. The canadian government does not have enough money to pay Six Nation the money it is owed, even BEFORE land claims are looked at.

During Haudenosaunee Chief Johnson's tenure at the United Nations he also related this one situation of many, that came up in the United Nations:

'During a United Nations assembly session, Canada put forth a proposal that was clearly bad for the Indian people of Canada. After Canada spoke, the Canadian government's "Elected Band Council Chief" of the Assembly of First Nations stood up and said to the assembly- I SPEAK FOR ALL THE INDIAN PEOPLE OF CANADA AND I DO NOT OPPOSE CANADA'S PROPOSAL. When Chief Johnson heard this, he immediately asked and was given permission to address the U.N. assembly. Chief Johnson said to that Elected Band Council Chief, and for all the U.N. assembly to hear: "YOU DO NOT SPEAK FOR THE SIX NATIONS PEOPLE OF CANADA. NO ONE SPEAKS FOR THE SIX NATIONS PEOPLE OF CANADA EXCEPT THE SIX NATION CONFEDERACY."

'After the UN assembly was over, Chief Johnson made a point to speak with that "Elected Band Council Chief" of the Assembly of First Nations, to find out why he did not oppose Canada's proposal that was clearly bad for the Indian people of Canada. That "Elected band Council Chief" told Chief Johnson that he knows that Canada's proposal is bad for the Indian people, but he made a "backroom deal" with the Canadian government. The "backroom deal" was that if the Assembly of First Nations did not oppose Canada's proposal, Canada promised to work with the Assembly of First Nations on Human Rights Issues. Canada did not honor their promise, Canada did not work with the Assembly of First Nations on Human Rights Issues.' (end of chief johnsons relate)

This is only one example of what goes on between Canada and the Elected Chiefs of the Assembly of First Nations at the United Nations. This too is "Poison Fruit of the Poison Tree."

UNDRIP was adopted by the U.N. in 2007. Only four countries voted against it, at the time- Canada, U.S., Australia and New Zealand. Canada has had fourteen years to plan its move to forcebly assimulate all the people of Six Nations, using the United Nations Declaration of Rights of Indigenous People. This plan is happening now. Expect canada to try and rush things through as quickly as possible. Hoping to pit Six Nation people against each other by flooding the people with money.

With the above outline of the 150-year plan to forcibly assimilate the people of Six Nations, read Bill C-15/UNDRIP and start listing all of the legislation and laws that the Canadian government has illegally subjected the people of Six Nations too.

After the few points of Bill C-15/UNDRIP included here, a sampling of disscussion subjects are offered for your consideration. Start thinking about your own. All of Bill C-15/UNDRIP must be gone through line by line, like this. This is going to take time, and it should. No government would casually meander through such a legal document. It is called INFORMED CONSENT. This is mandated in Bill C-15/UNDRIP.

Some points to consider from Bill C-15,  Preamble: "WHEREAS Indigenous peoples have suffered historic injustices as a result of, among other things, colonization and dispossession of their lands territories and resources."

"WHEREAS all doctrines, policies and practices based on or advocating the superiority of peoples or individuals on the basis of national origin or racial, religious, ethnic or cultural differences, including the doctrines of discovery and terra nullius, as racist, scientifically false, legally invalid, morally condemnable and socially unjust;" *This includes the "indian act" and the present "elected chief and councilors" that canada is now using to do what canada wants to do, that what is best for canada, not what is best for the people of Six Nations.

"WHEREAS there is an urgent need to respect and promote the rights of indigenous peoples affirmed in treaties, agreements and other constructive arrangements, and those treaties, agreements and arrangements can contribute to implemation of the Declaration;" *This can only be done with the Six Nation Confederacy.

"AND WHEREAS measures to implement the Declaration in Canada must take into account the diversity of indigenous peoples and, in particular, the diversity of the identities, cultures, languages, customs, practices, rights and legal traditions of First Nations, Inuit and the Metis and of their institutions and governance structures, their relationships to the land and Indigenous knowledge;" *Notice it states "of THEIR institution and governance structures..." this refers to the Six Nation Confederacy's institution and governance structure, which is the Great Law. It can not mean canada's own invented "elected chief and councilors of six nations"

Article 7 - 2. "Indigenous people have collective rights to live in freedom, peace and security as distinct peoples and shall not be subjected to any act of genocide or any other act of violence, including forcibly removing Children of the group to another group."

Article 8 - 1. "Indigenous peoples and individuals have a right not to be subjected to forced assimilation or destruction of their cultures". *In 2021, canada is trying to forcefully assimilate the people of Six Nations and destroy the Six Nation Confederacy through Bill C-15/UNDRIP. This is destruction of our culture, also.

Article 9 - "indigenous peoples and individuals have a right to belong to an Indigenous Community or Nation, in accordance with the traditions and customs of the community or Nation concerned. No discrimination of any kind may arise from this exercise of this right."  *The traditions and customs of the Six Nations people is the Six Nations Confederacy, not the Canadian governments "elected chief and councilors of six nations". The Six Nations Confederacy is thousands of years old and the "elected chief and councilors of six nations" was created by the Canadian Government and is not in accordance to the tradition and customs of the Six Nation People, It is only decades old and was solely created to forcefully unseat the only traditional, customary and legal government of the Six Nation people- the Six Nation Confederacy. The "elected chief and councellors of six nations" are in fact the tradition and custom of the Canadian Government, not the Six Nation People.

Article 11- 2. "State shall provide redress through effective mechanisms, which may include restitution, developed in conjunction with indigenous peoples, with respect to their cultural, intellectual, religious and spiritual property taken without their free, prior and informed consent or in violation of their laws, traditions and customs." *Remember: Canada illegally forced out the Six Nations Confederacy in 1924 and illegally replaced it with Canada's own "elected chief and councilors of six nations" in violation of Six Nations Laws, Traditions and Customs that are thousands of years old. The only redress is to have Canada officially reconize tbe Six Nation Confederacy as the only traditional, customary and legal governing body of Six Nation Territories. Abolish Canadas own illegal "elected chief and councilors of six nations", solely created to forcibly assimulate all Six Nation People and destroy the rightful and legal government, which is the Six Nation Confederacy. All of which Canada is still doing, and is in direct violation of Bill C-15.

Article 37 - 1. "Indigenous peoples have the right to the recognition, observance and enforcement of Treaties, Agreements and other Constructive Arrangements concluded with States or their successors and to have states honor and respect such treaties, agreements and other constructive Arrangements. 2. Nothing in this declaration may be interpreted in diminishing or eliminating the rights of indigenous peoples contained in treaties, agreements in other constructive arrangements."  *Canada's treaties, agreements and constructive arrangments are only with the Six Nation Confederacy. Canada can not hold treaties, agreements and constructive agreements with its own departments of government". UNDRIP was not created to do that. A citizen can not hold a treaty with its own government. According to Bill C-15/UNDRIP,  Canada's "elected chief and councilors of six nations" are not only invalid, but illegal and must immeadately cease and desist all dealings with the Canadian government on behalf of the people of Six Nations.

Its interesting that Canada's "elected chief and councilors of six nations" have not sent out to the Six Nation People a 14 page copy of the United Nations Declaration of Rights of  Indigenous People also known as Bill C-15, as it did for the 165 page copy of the "cannabis industry" it sent out to every person on Six Nation Territoriy, recently. The only reason they did not send the Bill C-15/ UNDRIP 14 page copy out to the people of Six Nation is because they dont want the people of Six Nations to read it. There can be no other reason. This is a clear violation of Bill C-15/UNDRIP. Canadas"elected chief and councilors of six nations" are trying to get the people to make quick and uninformed decisions about what may turn out to be one of the most important events to happen to Six Nation People since the Revoluationary War. This in itself is a violation of Bill C-15/UNDRIP.

The United Nations and the World will see right through the Canadian government's 150-year plan to forcefully assimulate the people of Six Nations. Remember what the "Indian Act" officially stated purpose was, as made by the Canadian government in 1924 - "the ultimate aim is to bring the Indians into full citizenship". Forced assimilation could never be described more accurately. It is the Canadian government admitting in 1924 to its culpability of genocide.

Now the Canadian people can clearly see why their government targeted the indigenous children with genocide. It's all in violation of Bill C-15. Now Canada is trying to use Bill C-15 to forcibly assimilate all the people of Six Nations.

When Canada started its 150 year plan, they could never have foreseen 3 life altering world events: 1.) The freedom and access of information in the digital age. 2.) The world watching as a black man is murdered by a white police officer in broad daylight. And 3.) A pandemic that brings about a "World "Awakening".

" Poison Fruit of the Poison Tree"- it's time to start using this legal phrase because it accurately describes and applies to all of the Canadian government's 150-year plan to destroy and forcibly assimilate all of the Six Nation People.

Remember: divide and conquer, the governments of the world use it, because it works. But not this time.

Canada cannot use Bill C- 15 to forcibly assimilate the people of Six Nations and stand back and say: "it's an internal problem for the people of Six Nations to work out among themselves".

Canada planned, orchestrated, and implemented their 150-year plan through their legislation and laws. Canada is not an innocent third-party bystander. Canada knows it is guilty of forced assimilation of Six Nation People and is culpable for the crime of genocide. The Canadian government's Positions and Department Titles of "Elected Chiefs and Counselors" are "Poison Fruit of the Poison Tree". No human being can be "Poison Fruit of the Poison Tree".  Only the Positions or Department Titles of "elected chief and councilors" can be considered this. Canada will now throw money and jobs at the people of Six Nations, to get us to fight each other, while Canada stands back in silence and watches as its plan now unfolds.

Canada owes the people of Six Nations more money than they have.

People only retaliate against someone when they are telling the truth.
