87.) Sealand, a sovereign nation, recognized as a nation by the United Kingdom. (3 min. read)

Sealand is officially recognized as a sovereign nation and the United Kingdom recognizes Sealand as a sovereign nation.

Sealand is nothing more than a small, old military platform from World War II, in the North Sea. Located off the coast of England, with three or four people as total population.

On November 26, 2023, 8:10pm. 60 Minutes, CBS sunday night news show, ran a segment on "Sealand-a sovereign nation". Check out the replay of this episode of 60 Minutes on the internet.

This 60 Minutes segment stated these same four requirements necessary to be recognized as a sovereign nation, by nations of the world, as follows:

* 1. Capacity to enter into relations with other states.

*2. Permanent population.

*3. Defined territory.

*4. Functioning government.

Sealand meets the first requirement to have "capacity to enter in relations with other states" by Germany sending an official German diplomat to Sealand, to show "capacity to enter in relations with other states" and thereby give Sealand official nation status recognition. This was presented in this news segment as a kind of joke, to meet this first requirement. Sealand also produced as a tonge in cheek joke, a couple of coins and a handful of stamps as further proof that they are a sovereign nation.

This news segment may have been presented as being humorous by the producers of 60 minutes, but sovereignty is not humorous or a joke to Indigenous Nations around the world.

Again, the United Kingdom officially recognizes this Sealand as a sovereign nation.

The Haudenosaunee Confederacy has made and maintained treaties and relations with nations from around the world. And these are not done as a joke, or a rouse to fulfill a requirement of nationhood. This is international proof of the first requirement for nationhood.

The Haudenosaunee Confederacy is not only a sovereign nation, it is an "established sovereign nation". With "implied powers".

The Haudenosaunee Confederacy has fulfilled all of these requirements since its creation, for thousands of years. And has had continously maintained this capacity and fulfills all of these four requirements at a minimum, since creation, to this today and into the future.

Indigenous Nations from around the world fulfill these same four requirements at a minimum and should also be recognized as Nations.

Why hasn't the United States government or the Canadian government mentioned these four requirements to be a nation, to the Haudenosaunee Confederacy during negotiations? That in of itself is bad faith negotiations, on the part of the United States and Canadian governments. And is a clear violation of the United Nations Doctrine on the Rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP) and Canadian Bill C15.

The simple fact that European nations, the U.S. and Canadian governments have treaties and negotiations with the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, throughout the centuries, legally confirms that the Haudenosaunee Confederacy "has the capacity to enter into relations with other states".

*1. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy has capacity to enter in to relations with other states.

*2. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy has a permanent population.

*3. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy has defined territories.

*4. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy has a functioning government.

The Haudenosaunee Confederacy and Indigenous Nations of the world, are in fact nations, according to these four requirements of nationhood.

The United Kingdom accepts these "four requirements for nationhood", and so should the United States and Canada. Let us remember that they are also members of the "Five Eyes". See article 65.

ATTENTION SIX NATIONS AT GRAND RIVER TERRITORY: The same type of illegal "tribal court" that the Cayuga People in New York State are struggling with now, is being quietly and quickly maneuvered into place to control and then forcefully assimilate the Six Nations People at Grand River Territory.
