106.) A 1751 letter written by Ben Franklin on how he wants the U.S. Constitution to be patterned after the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. And in 2024, the US government will not allow each Haudenosaunee Nation to self-govern themselves through the same Confederacy. And how a Chief "de-horns himself" or gives up his title immediately, by taking actions by himself, outside the knowledge of Confederacy protocol.(12 min. read )

Here is the quote from Ben Franklin in 1751:

"It would be a very strange thing, if six Nations of ignorant Savages could be capable of forming a scheme for such an Union, and be able to execute it in such a manner, as that it has subsisted Ages, and appears indissolvable; and yet that a like Union should be impractical for ten or a Dozen English Colonies, to whom it is more necessary, and must be more advantageous, and who cannot be supposed to want an equal Understanding of their interests."

The quote from this letter is found in many places on the internet. It's being offered here as a reminder that the United States government refuses to let the Haudenosaunee Nations in the U.S., govern themselves in the same manner that the U.S. government has found to be so advantageous and become the number one power in the world. Maybe that's why the U.S. government will not let Haudenossunee people self-govern themselves by what was given to them from the Creator. They know all to well, about the power that the Confederacy system has.

The U.S. government still understands the power of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy in 2024. The U.S. government knows they cannot exterminate the Haudenosaunee People so long as there is a Confederacy.

Ben Franklin came to believe that it is possible for "a people to self govern themselves", only by observing and understanding how the Haudenosaunee People were able to "self govern themselves" by using the Confederacy, that was given to them by the Creator. 

Historians have always marveled about how this idea of the "ability of a people to self-govern themselves" came about. Some historians claim that this may have been the first time in history when a people we're able to do this. Historians rarely give credit to the Haudenosaunee People, for this first ever idea of "a people being able to self-govern themselves" through the "Understanding of the Great Peace".

The Haudenosaunee People gave the U.S. government this gift of how to "self govern themselves". The U.S. copied the Haudenossunee Confederacy to achieve this ability to "self govern themselves". But the U.S. government refuses to give the Haudenosaunee their right to "self-govern themselves" through their rightful government of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.

The Haudenosaunee Confederacy was the framework and patten for the creation of:

 *The United States form of government 

*The organization format of the United Nations.

*Communism that was formulated in Russia.

The U.S. government insists on choosing the leader for the Cayuga Nation, calling this choice the "Bureau of Indian Affairs Representative" of the Cayuga Nation. This is not giving the Cayuga people the right to "self-govern themselves". 

The BIA is not a democracy. The BIA Representative is neither elected, nor representative of all the Cayuga People. The BIA Representative is chosen by the U.S. Secretary of the Interior. The BIA Representative does not try to roll the minds of the people into one. There is no agreement among the Cayuga People through the BIA Representative. The BIA Representive rules through fear, intimidation and punishment. This is called "fascism". It is a "totalitarian and authoritarian state". There never will be peace among the Cayuga people in New York State through a BIA tribal government, because Peace is not the intention of the BIA tribal governments.

Definitions of "Fascism, Totalitarianism and Authoritarian state" will follow at end of this article. A quick explanation is the absolute and complete control of people through fear, retaliation and punishment. It is the complete control of an individual's life and forcing all to abide by authority, controlled by a single entity. This is the very definition of every BIA tribal government.

After the Revolutionary War, the U.S. government did everything it could to make sure the Confederacy would never come back together again as a governing entity, in a single, geographic location in the United States. That is why all of the Haudenosaunee Nations in the U.S. are separated and continually being forced to deal and function with the United States government as singular nations. The bundle of arrows are separated and each individual arrow is then easily broken.

The Creator's Message instructed the Haudenosaunee People in the beginning of the formation of the Confederacy, that a single arrow, representing a single nation can be broken easily. It is only through the continuation of tightly binding together all Five Arrows, or Nations together, that the Confederacy remains unbroken, indissolvable and continues on to this day, as Ben Franklin observed. The 6th Arrow was added in the 1700s when the Tuscarora Nation joined the Confederacy.

This is why the US government continues to this day, to separate the six nations into individual nations and deal with each as individual nations, not as a Confederacy. Each individual nation can and is, then easily broken. 

The Confederacy, on the other hand is a singular government, bound together as one and must to be dealt with fairly. As a Confederacy, the treaties would then have to be honored. And land claims would have to be settled peacefully and honorably, nation to nation. 

And no single Chief or small group of Chiefs can make deals with the government. 

And if any single Chief or small group of Chiefs have made deals with the government, then those deals were made in bad faith and are invalid. And completely violate United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP) and Bill C15, on the part of the United States and Canadian governments.

And any single Chief or small groups of Chiefs who make deals with the government in this manner have immediately removed themselves from the "Circle of the Confederacy" and are no longer acting in their Title of Chief and have voluntarily removed the title from their person. In essence they have "dehorned" themselves. 

"Dehorning" has the symbolic meaning of the process of removing the title Chief from a person, by removing the deer antlers from the Chiefs headdress. Only a Chief wears deer antlers on each side of his headdress.

All the Chiefs must agree to all actions that occur in the Confederacy. Actions by a single Chief or a few Chiefs are invalid. And all important decisions by all the Chiefs must be brought forward to the people to understand and accept.

The People are the Confederacy.

Here again is the quote that Ben Franklin wrote in his 1751 letter:

Ben Franklin wrote these words as his deep concerned for the English colonists who were beginning to form the U.S. government. These same words and concerns that Ben Franklin stresses for the English colonies, is also true for what the Cayuga people need now. 

Only the Haudenossunee Confederacy can bring peace, power and understanding to ALL of the Cayuga people. Only the Haudenosaunee Confederacy can roll the people's minds into one, as it has done since its creation. Only the Haudenosaunee Confederacy can do this because it was given to the Haudenosaunee People from the Creator.

 Fascism- "Is a far right form of government in which most of the country's power is held by one ruler or a small group, under a single party. Fascist governments are usually totalitarian and authoritarian one party states."

Totalitarianism- "Is a political system and a form of government that prohibits oppositional political parties, disregards and outlaws the political claims of individuals and groups oppositional to the state, and controls the public sphere and the private sphere of society. In the broadest sense, totalitarianism is characterized by strong central rule that attempts to control and direct all aspects of an individuals life through coercion and repression. Is a form of government that permits no individual freedom and seeks to subordinate all aspects of individual life to the authority of the state."

Authoritative state - "Is characterized by a highly concentrated and centralized government power maintained by political repression and the exclusion of potential or supposed challengers by armed force. It demands that people obey completely and refusing to allow them freedom to act as they wish. It does not allow their citizens civil liberties or political rights. The regime has a concentration of power in a leader."

Does this sound like the perfect description and purpose of the Bureau of Indian Affairs- tribal governments and tribal courts and what it is doing to the Cayuga People and the Haudenossunee People across New York State and the U.S.
