26.) Adult Children of Alcoholics and residential school Survivors. And broaching the subject of: SIX-NATION ELECTED CHIEFS AND COUNCILORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESIDENTAL SCHOOL ATROCITIES.(15 min read)

People are talking about how they now are beginning to understand that their relative, who was a residential school survivor, acted in a negative way during their lifetime, because of the atrocities of the residential school experience. But we also need to understand the many types of negitive behavior that residential school Survivors exibit, due to the atrocities of the residential schools. And how that negative behavior affected themselves, their children, friends and Six Nations. "Adult Children of Alcoholics" (ACOA) is only one aspect of this negative behavior. The Canadian government's Genocidal Policies and Laws, created all kinds of mental health issues for Six Nation People and Indigenous people across Canada.

Remember: the residential school Survivor was having a "Normal Reaction to an Abnormal Situation".

And they are absolutely SURVIVORS. There is a lot we must all learn from them. They must be honored and listened to.

The Survivor is normal, the residential school was abnormal. Any normal person would have reacted in exectly the same way the Survivors of the residential schools did. THEY WERE CHILDREN WHEN THIS HAPPENED TO THEM. INNOCENT CHILDREN KIDNAPPED. One day they were in a loving home, innocently playing outside and by evening, they were in a residential school being beaten, to begin with...

Many residential school Survivors became alcoholics, that is why this is presented here and also for anyone else who grew up in a family where one or both parents or caregivers were alcoholics. All is presented for individuals to start looking at themselves and understand what part of their life may have been touched because of an Adult Children of Alcoholics environment. If you are aware of Adult Children of Alcoholics, please pass this along to someone who isn't.

This is just one of the social ills inflicted upon Six Nation People and their Children by the Canadian Government AND the Six Nations Elected Chiefs and Band Council. Thats right, it was the Elected Chiefs and Band Council that ADMINISTERED the Residential School, to commit genocide upon their own children of Six Nations. To my knowledge, I have not yet seen this written anywhere or even talked about anywhere. Why is that? Has the Survivors' Secretariat discussed this? Has the Truth and Reconciliation Commission discussed this?

THE SIX NATIONS ELECTED CHIEFS AND COUNCILORS ADMINISTERED THE RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL UPON THE INNOCENT CHILDREN OF SIX NATIONS. It is undeniable.

Look at the large, current building sign, on the outside of the Six Nations Band Council building in Ohsweken. It clearly states in bold letters: CENTRAL ADMINSTRATION. This is what the Elected Chiefs and Councilors of Six Nations have always been for the Canadian Government's Genocidal Policies and Laws, to this very day as we speak. It is the"Central Administration for the Canadian Government's Genocide of Six Nation People and their Children". They are telling you who they are:

CENTRAL ADMINSTRATION OF GENOCIDE AND FORCED ASSIMILATION

As They say in our Longhouse Teachings: Look over there- what do you see?

Six Nations Elected Band Chiefs and Elected Councilors are just as responsible and culpable for the Residential School and the atrocities committed against Six Nation Children, as the Canadian Government and the Churches that ran the Residential School. It was a three-prong approach, it had to be, otherwise it would not have worked. 

"Culpable" means they are legally responsible for a crime.

Think about this, the residential schools would not have happened, if the Elected Band Chiefs and Elected Band Councilors across Canada, had refused to accept the money they were paid to administer the residential schools. They not only agreed to go along with the residential schools, (called complicit in genocide) but actually administered, protected and keep hidden, the Residential Schools. And the Elected Chiefs and Counselors did this because they were paid money to do it , just as the Elected Chiefs and Councillors are paid today to continue the genocide and the forced assimilation. If they just would have opposed the residental schools from the beginning, it never would have happened. They accepted money to destroy their own people then, just as they are doing today.

And remember, it was Six-Nation Confederacy Chief Levi General who went to the League of Nations in 1924 to protest the Genocide that Canada was commiting against the People of Six Nation and their Children. And Canada retaliated against Chief Levi for speaking up against this genocide, by never allowing him to return to Canada, not even for his mother's funeral.

Six Nations Elected Chiefs and Councilors have NEVER opposed or protested any of the Genocide that Canada has put upon the People and Children of Six Nations. In fact, quite the opposite, they are the ACTUAL "Administrators of Canada's Genocide".

It was the "Indian Agent" who would "Administer the Genocide" against Six-Nation People and their Children before 1924. After 1924 it was the Six Nation Elected Band Chiefs and Elected Band Councilors who would "Administer the Genocide" against the Six-Nation People and their Children. It's that simple.

Six-Nations Elected Chiefs and Councilors are the Canadian government. And the Canadian government is now flooding the Six-Nation People with Bribe Money, "administered" through the Elected Chiefs and Counselors of Six Nations. This is "Poison Fruit of the Poison Tree".

Let us remember, before we go any further, only people who tell the truth, get retaliated against. I fully expect this to cause a stir, but this conversation is necessary, for all to heal. We all need to talk. Some supporters of the "Elected Chiefs and Councilors" may strike out in anger, to say it is not true what the Six-Nation Elected Chiefs and Counselors did and are still doing to the Six Nation Children and People. Many times, anger can be the purest form of fear and denial.

The "Elected Chief and Councilors of Six Nations", as they are now calling themselves, are now postioning themselves to try and take control of Six Nations. This will not happen. Not with all the past heinous history of knowly administering the horrors and atrocities of the Residential School upon the innocent Children of Six Nations. And the "Elected Chiefs and Councilors" administeted ALL the other Genocididal Policies and Laws that Canada has invented. These Policies and Laws have been inflicted upon Six-Nation People and their Children since 1924 and the Six Nation Elected Chiefs and Councilors of today are continuing to do so.

The "Elected Chiefs and Councilors of Six Nations" were illegally and forcefully put into power by the Canadian government and paid solely to "Administer the Genocide" against Six-Nation People and their Children. That was the whole purpose of the "Elected Chiefs and Counselors of SixNations".

Canada knew they could not get the Six Nation Confederacy to ever destroy their own people. So they had to invent a mechanism to do that- "The Elected Band Chief and Council of Six Nations".

This is one of the favorite tricks of the Patriarchal Empires: Pay indigenous people to kill their own people.

As we all kmow, the Six Nation Confederacy would never commit genocide and forced assimilation against the People and Children of Six Nations. As the Six Nation Confederacy was given to the People, from the Creator to bring them together with One Mind and live in Peace. Nothing will replace the Six Nation Confederacy. 

It is now 1924 all over again, as the Canadian Government is trying to again forcefully empower the Elected Chief and Counselors to continue the forced assimilation and destruction of the Six-Nation Confederacy, Six Nation People, their Children and Future Generations. To have Six Nations people pay propety taxes, be forced into foreclosure for non-payment of taxes, lose their Land and be removed. Then gain control of the Land as quickly as possible and sell it to big money developers. The Six-Nation People are destroyed. All in violation of Bill C-15.

Remember article no. 8.) "Canada's 150-year plan to forcibly assimilate and destroy Six Nations."

The above passage is presented here, to start this important conversation that we all need to have. If you feel the need to strike out in anger to protect the Elected Chief and Councilors, you probably have unresolved personal issues. And these personal issues are probally rooted in all the Canadian governments Genocidial Policies and Laws administered over the years by the Six Nation Elected Chiefs and Counselors. We must all  take our time to explore this calmly and methodically. 

The Elected Chiefs must be held responsible and their names need to be made public, the same as any other Canadian Government Officials and Church Officials involved in the Residential Schools and all the other genocidal policies and laws that Canada invented. Anyone who will try to rush things through, is trying to cover up the truth.

We are talking about taking responsibility, not apologies. The Truth- and the "Truth Means Genocide". This is offered as a starting point, for a discussion in your circle.

Now, back to the Adult Children of Alcoholics. If after reading this, you feel like someone had a camera secretly filming your family growing up, you need to start looking for information on the internet and perhaps seek counseling for Adult Children of Alcoholics. Many books are written on this from the 1970's. That's how common the following five childhood traits are.  They are usually developed by Children of Alcoholics and can progress into adulthood.

The major sign of Adult Children of Alcoholics is the need to lie when there is nothing to be gained by lying.

The following are five of the most common dysfunctional traits that occur in children of Alcoholics and can carry on into adulthood. Each child usually develops one of these traits. So in a family of five, you could have a child, for every single one of the following five traits. Remember-  there is no blame. It is "a normal reaction to an abnormal situation".

1. The "hero"- this child usually excels in an activity such as sports or school studies and is held out to the outside world by the family to say- "everything's okay in this family, we're normal".

2. The "enabler"- this child can unintentionally and unknowingly help the alcoholic to continue drinking by cleaning up the house after a drinking binge, for example. Or looking after the alcoholic, trying to keep them safe. The child enables the alcoholic, just as an adult can be an enabler. It's well-meaning, but only helps to continue the alcoholic behavior.

3. The "scapegoat or black sheep of the family"- this is the child that gets the blame for everything that goes wrong. They may be told they are bad, so they are the ones usually brought home by the police.

4. The "lost or quiet child"- this child is withdrawn and quiet. May observe all what is going on around them and may have a deeper understanding of what's happening in the family, that something is wrong. But at a child's level of thinking.

5. The "mascot or clown"- this child breaks the tension when something bad happens because of drinking. This child makes jokes, makes light of the situation, makes the family laugh to break the tension or sad feelings.

There is no blame.

There is a saying among health care professionals: that for every day a sick person stays in the hospital, it will take two days recovery outside of the hospital, to bring that person back to the state they were in, before they got sick and had to go in the hospital. Mental health is just as important as physical health. They both are the same thing.
