31.) "YOU GET ONE BITE OF THE APPLE." How this legal phrase applies to the crazy letter recently put out by Six Nations "elected chief and band council" to local municipalities and politicians, dated July 11th 2022. ( 5 min. Read )

 The recent letter put out on July 11,2022 by the Six Nations "elected chief and band council" addressed to the local Canadian municipalities and cities on the Haldimand Tract, clearly shows a complete misunderstanding of everything and just how mixed-up they really are. It's like they said-"let's throw it all against the wall and see what will stick. Let's see if these canadian politicians will believe it, what do we have to lose." Canadian politicians are not that dumb.

All the Canadian politicians of these municipalities and cities have to do, is to read this debacle of a letter, to understand what a comlpete and utter failure, the "elected chiefs and council system" is. It is and always has been a "tool" of the Canadian government. It appears as though this letter may in fact be the "death rattle" of the "elective chiefs and council system", that has been illegally occupying Six Nations since 1924.

Bill C15 has literally declared the Canadian government's "elected chief and band council system" illegal. Don't believe it, read it. It's only 13 pages long.

It may suggest that Canadian Politicians and Developers have actually let the Six Nation "elected chiefs and council" know that they are done, this may explain this letter. 

The "elected chiefs and council" appear to have been released by their Canadian Government "HANDLERS" and then wrote this letter on their own, sealing their fate. This letter has desperation written all over it. It appears to be their final shout and desperate stand at trying to fool everyone. 

The "elected chiefs and council system" is still trying to hide the fact that they are illegal, according to Bill C15- the United Nations Declaration of Rights of Indigenous People. And that, they are actually a Departmant of the Canadian government. It appears the Six Nations "elected chiefs and council system" know they have failed, even before sending this letter out publicly. 

And remember, in legal court cases, including the Supreme Court of canada, there is a legal understanding- "YOU GET ONE BITE OF THE APPLE", to prove your case. This means that this recent letter put out by the Six Nations "elected chief and band council", is their "ONE BITE OF THR APPLE" to try to prove they govern Six Nations. When all these points they raise to falsely prove they are the governing power are proven wrong, they cannot keep going on and on saying, or coming up with new reasons. "You get one bite of the apple" and that's exactly what this letter is.

With this letter the Six Nation "elected chief and council" took their "one bite of the Apple", and they do not get another bite of the apple, that's it. Done deal. This letter sealed their fate and Canadian politicians and developers are looking at this.

"six-nation elected chief and council" have no standing to govern Six Nations, they never did, they are in fact the Canadian government.

In 1924, the Six Nations "elected chiefs and council system" was illegally and forcefully put in place, at the end of a gun by the RCMP and Canadian government. This made it a "military style coup" to illegally remove the rightful governing power of the Six Nations Confederacy. This makes the Six Nations "elected chiefs and council system" POISON FRUIT OF THE POISON TREE. Nothing can change this legal fact.

The Six Nation "elected chiefs and council system" is in direct opposition to ALL Haudenosaunee values.

And speaking of the word "Haudenosaunee", it is so wrong for "six nations elected chiefs and council" to be calling  themselves  Haudenosaunee. You cannot call yourself "first nations" and then call yourself "Haudenosaunee". Haudenosaunee is not a "generic" term to describe "generic indians". This shows how mixed up they are and the complete lack of understanding they have of the entire situation.

I'm not going to go through this ridiculous letter line by line, but lets look at just one point, where this letter states that Six Nation "elected chief and council system" call themselves an "independent First Nation". What does this mean? If you have "independent First Nations" then you must have "dependent First Nations" and what is the difference? The answer is- there's no such thing as "independent" or "dependent" First Nations. The term "first nations" is an invention by the Canadian government to make all indigenous people of Canada "generic Indians" and thereby making them citizens of Canada.

In closing, I know this article is going to be upsetting to the supporters of the failed "elected chiefs and council system". It is not personal. I am simply looking at what's there. The same as the Canadian politicians and Developers are doing.

And the only reason there are supporters of this failed "elective chiefs and councl",  is because the Canadian government is now flooding their supporters with money and the promise of big money to come, to turn against their own people. How is that a Haudenosaunee value? 

It is NOT a Haudenosaunee value to take money to turn against and destroy your own people. The Children of Six Nations are observing you. Your Children are observing you.

In a few weeks on August 8th and 9th, 2022, there is going to be a WAMPUM BELT GATHERING on Six Nation Territory, to explain all of this. Come hear the truth for yourself and  decide for yourself.

Only people who tell the truth get retaliated against. Retaliation is not a Haudenosaunee value. Peace...
