41.) "Assimilated Indians" can never speak or act on behalf of "non-assimilated Indians". ( 30 min. read )

"assimilated Indians" can only speak and act on behalf of other "assimilated indians".

I use these sentences to also point out something that must end, because it is speaking untruthfully. That is, the "original"- does not need to have a qualifier or descriptive label applied to itself. It is the "original". When that original is changed or altered, then that "changed original" must have a descriptive label applied to it, to differentiate itself from the original. That is why it is correct to use the term "assimilated Indian". So really, the true description of "unassimilated or non-assimulated Indian" is actually "Indian". So, for purposes of this clarification, I will use the word "Indian" with (unassimilated Indian) in parentheses after, throughout this article.

This is going to be a difficult article to write. It is not meant to judge or criticize. It is not personal. This article is not saying one is right and one is wrong. This article is bringing forth the subject of present day assimilation and how it needs to be talked about. There must be transparency about this assimilation.

Only the Canadian government makes the determination of who an "assimilated Indian" is. Because they invented who the "assimilated Indian".

It is now necessary, to begin this discussion,  because Canada now plans to implement Bill C15 against the Indians (unassimulated indians) in Canada.

It will be easy for some people to take this article out of context and present false dichotomies and narratives. But one must remember and think about the motive of those who would do that. It is presented here as just a starting point for discussion in your circle. This article is just touching the very tip of this discussion. Facts are presented of what Canada has put forth as a definition of "assimilated with the ruling power", and "assimilated indian". This article is being written under the parameters of that Canadian government definition of "assimilated Indian" and Indian  (unassimilated Indian), and strictly in the context of that Canadian government definition. It is not an attack on christianity or any other any religion. But it will point out the attack of the Canadian government against indigenous people's religion.

Everyone should think about using the terms "assimilated Indian" and Indian (unassimulated indian) when describing indigenous people. Perhaps every indigenous person giving a news interview should self identified as such, as one example. This one action would bring a great deal of clarity to the whole situation.

This brings us to the discussion and definition of "assimilated Indian". An Indian can be forcefully assimilated or assimilated by choice. Including all the degrees in between. Consciously or unconsciously and all the degrees in between.

The Indian (unassimulated) or indigenous people, have not coined the definition of what is an "assimilated Indian". It is solely the Canadian and United States governments that have created the "assimilated Indian". These governments, and they alone, bear responsibility as they alone have created the "assimilated indian" and their definition of. And that definition created by the "ruling power", is presented and used in this article. It is not the definition of this writer that is being used in this article. If you disagree with what's being written here, you are disagreeing with the creation of the "assimilated Indian" by the Canadian and United States governments.

The Creator, created the Indian (unassimilated Indian).

The Canadian government, created the "assimilated Indian". Or "indigenous peoples" as defined by the Constitution Act of 1982 section 35 (2).

Canada has not been transparent about all this, as so stipulated in Bill C15.

And speaking about "assimilated Indians" that the Canadian and U.S. government's have created. Why is it that "assimilated Indians" seem to never declare themselves assimilated. I present this as simply a starting point for conversation, in your circle. These are indeed harsh comments, but not nearly as harsh as the genocide and forced assimulation that is happening to the indigenous people in Canada today.

Remember, before the Europeans came to North America, there was no such thing as an "assimilated Indian". So trying to blame me or other indigenous people for the definition of "assimilated Indian" is senseless.

This is the propaganda of the empire, promoting people to blaming each other, to keep people fighting each other. So we will not come together with one mind and do what is best for the people. And we are still dealing with an empire.

Before we begin, let's remember that mainstream psychology, now states that religious beliefs are genetic. (They refer to religion as religiosity) Along with other human traits such as culture and language. There's a documentary on this, if you can find it. Think about why you probably haven't heard of this before, or why it is rarely spoken of.

We are all genetic, stop trying to change us.

Have any studies ever been completed on the psychological nature and intent of "assimilated Indians" towards Indians (unassimilated Indians.)

Let's look at the residential schools first. The whole purpose of the residential school was to destroy the native peoples religious belief and make them all christians. Why is this never spoken of in these direct terms? The Residential Schools were clearly invented for the destruction of indigenous peoples religion.

This type of direct language is never used because it is the truth. And the Truth means Genocide. And the hiding of the truth appears to continue on in these Canadian government commissions, as in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Bill C-15 cites these commissions, in reference to how Canada plans to implement Bill C-15. Of course Bill C15 will use these commissions against the indians (unassimilated Indians).

Remember, Canada has had at least 15 years to plan for this moment in time, when they are going to try to use Bill C15 against the people of Six Nations. This is one of the reasons why Canada took so long to accept Bill C15/ United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People. They had to get institutions and departments in place, before they accepted Bill C15. As one example, lets use the "Six Nations "elected chiefs and band council systems" Justice Department whose office is in Oshweken. The Canadian government will say it was in place prior to Bill C15, which is one of the stipulations in Bill C15. It allows pre-existing "elected chiefs and band council systems" Justice Departments to stay in place.

But this is "poison fruit of the poison tree." Poison fruit of the poison tree simply means- "you cannot benefit from a past bad deed". The Six Nation "elected chief and band council system" was illegally put in place at the end of a gun in 1924- that is the "past bad deed". The "benefit" is now trying to have that same six nation "elected chief and band council system" govern and put things in place, like their Six Nations Justice Department, prior to the passage of Bill C15. This is just one example of many, that show how the Canadian government and the Six Nations "elected chief and band council system" have conspired to use Bill C15 against the people of Six Nations. This is "poison fruit of the poison tree". You cannot benefit from a past, bad deed.

Everything that six nations "elected chief and band council system" has done since 1924 to present, is "poison fruit of the poison tree".

Now, let's look at other terms that are used to camouflage and hide the truth. We'll use the following as one example. If you see the phrase "ethnic cleansing" in a news article, it almost always means christians killing non-christians. If you see the title of a another news article that says "religious war," that almost always means non-christians killing christians.

See the difference. You can clearly understand that a religious war is bad, as all wars are bad. This is made clear because it's non-christians killing christians. But when you have a word like "cleansing" it means something is dirty, it's understood that there is something that needs to be cleaned out. And "ethnic" is used as another code word for "religion". Yet, when people hear the word "ethnic," the meaning is murky, they don't really have a definition for it. And it can be used anyway the person using it, wants it to be used. Think about other code words and phrases that are used to camouflage the truth about genocide against people, who are not of the empire. Which are almost always, indigenous people.

These Canadian government Commissions to investigate the genocide against indigenous people, have "assimilated Indians" at the lead and they direct what comes out of these commissions. Their findings will be used by the Canadian government to implement Bill C15 against the indians (unassimilated indians). There are also white people involved in some of these commissions, whose voice also speaks on behalf of Indians (unassimilated Indians). This is wrong, right from the very start of these commissions. First of all, these "assimilated Indians" and white people are speaking not that assimilation is wrong, but only speaking out about how the forced assimilation was accomplished. I have never heard them state how assimilation should be stopped. This is why they never use the term Genocide. Even though some may use the word genocide privately amongst themselves, the Canadian government refuses to let them put it in the commissions, that they chair. They don't have a mandate to use the word genocide, is how they say it. It would appear that they believe indigenous people must be assimilated, it's just a matter of how. It appears their Canadian government dictates this to them. And they obey. This negates any positivity these commissions may have towards Indians (unassimilated Indians).

There are some "assimilated Indians" that have not only assimilated to the Christian religion but have also assimilated to the "elected chief and band council system" and the Canadian government. In fact, some were members of the Canadian government, who wrote Canadian laws to enforce and cover up Genocide, against the Indigenous People of Canada. These "assimilated Indian" canadian politicians, usually do as the Canadian government instructs them. If the Canadian government tells them you can not use the word genocide, they will not use the word genocide. These "assimilated Indians" must work within the confines of Canadian government orders.

And let us revisit a quote from Article 1. This quote is from Pierre Trudeau and Renee Levesque, from the First Prime Minister's Conference in 1983:

* "If you no longer speak your language and no longer practice your culture, then you have no right to demand Aboriginal rights from us, because you are assimilated with the ruling power." *

To the Canadian government- "culture" is often used as a code word meaning: religion, traditional native government and everything else that makes us different from the white people. Like their Justice system.

The Six Nation "elected chief and band council system", are "assimilated Indians". The Canadian government has labeled them as "assimilated indians". The Canadian government  proclaims "...you are assimulated with the ruling power" and "...you have no right to demand Aboriginal rights from us"

If an indigenous person willingly participates in the elective system, the Canadian government proclaims "...you are assimilated with the ruling power" and "...you have no right to demand Aboriginal rights from us"

The Indian Act is all about turning indians (unassimilated Indians) into "assimilated Indians". When an indigenous person willingly participates politically in the Indian Act, the canadian government proclaims "...you are assimulated with the ruling power" and  "...you have no right to demand Aboriginal rights from us".

And a quote from an official, 1924 Canadian government document, giving a purview of the Indian Act- "the ultimate aim is to bring the Indians into full citizenship".

"Assimilated Indians" are paid by the Canadian government, to carry out the genocide and continued force assimilation of the indigenous people of Canada.

It is not reasonable to think that "assimilated Indians" will be exposing any of the genocide that the Canadian government has done and is still doing to the Indigenous People of Canada.

This is not to say that all "assimilated Indians" and white people will "do things" to harm indigenous people. However, when you look at the past results of "assimilated Indians" and white people "doing things to help" indigenous people, it usually turns out to be forced assimilation and genocide. Try to think of some examples where this isn't the case.

This bears out an old saying on Six Nations: the people who do us Indians (unassimilated Indians) the most harm, are the people who really believe that they're doing the most good for us. Because they really believe in what they're doing. This is just a starting point of this conversation

This has been going on for far too long for it not to be addressed now. As the Canadian government must reveal its plan to implement Bill C15 by June 21st 2023. It has up to 2 years to present this plan from the date that the law received Royal Assent, on June 21st 2021. That's 8 months from now. That's why this must be presented now and talked about.  When this point is understood, a reasonable person would understand why all these commissions have refused to use the word Genocide.

As one retired Member of Parliament, Murry Sinclair, (who is also a chair on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission) let on in a news article, these commissions do not have a mandate from the Canadian government, to say Canada has committed Genocide against the Indigenous People of Canada, so they cannot say it. So it would appear all these commissions are useless except to hide and camouflage the genocide that the Canadian Government has committed against the Indigenous People of Canada.

It would appear these commissions serve no legitimate purpose.

Remember this quoted excerpt (written here in italics) from article 11.) the 1958 Indian Affairs Memo, titled- stealing Indian human rights: "... tell him (indian) that we are making progress and progress takes time and make him believe things are being done for his own good and set yourself up as a protector of the Indians human rights. Make the Indian believe you are working hard for him, putting in much overtime and at a great sacrifice, and imply that he should be appreciative. This is the ultimate in skills in stealing human rights: when you obtain the thanks of your victim. Hold a conference on human rights, have everyone (indians) blow off steam and tension, and go home feeling that things are well in hand. Consult the indian, but do not act on his on the basis of what you hear: tell the Indian he has a voice and go through the motions of listing. Then interpret what you have heard to suit your own needs..."

This still seems to be the blueprint and plan for all of these Canadian government Commissions and Commissioners, and how they will be used in Bill C15. All these commissions will be used against the indigenous people of Canada.

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission, the National Inquiry into the Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and Girls, and the rest of these commissions have done nothing to help the indigenous people of Canada. And that's exactly what they were designed to do: nothing. Indigenous women and girls are still being murdered and missing. Nothing has changed about that, to this day. In fact, in some areas it has gotten worse. You just don't see or hear about it in the Canadian media.

I will now quote from Bill C15: Preamble, the fourth and fifth paragraph, that make reference to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls. Notice how Bill C15 brings in these two commissions that will help support the Canadian government using Bill C15 to forcefully assimilate the Indians (unassimilated Indians). This is how important these Canadian government commissions are, to forcefully assimilate the indigenous people of Canada.

- "Whereas, in its document and title Calls to Action, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada calls upon federal, provincial, territorial and municipal governments to fully adopt and implement the Declaration as the framework for reconciliation, and the government of Canada is committed to responding to those Calls to Action;"

-"Whereas, in its document and title Calls for Justice, the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls calls upon federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and Indigenous governments to implement the declaration, and the government of Canada is committed to responding to those Calls for Justice;"

Did you notice that for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, it does not mention INDIGENOUS GOVERNMENTS. And did you notice, for the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls, it does list INDIGENOUS GOVERNMENTS. The TRC is about Calls to ACTION and the NIMMIWAG  is about Calls to JUSTICE. The Canadian government wants indigenous people to participate in the Canadian justice system. When they talk about "indigenous governments", they're talking about the indigenous governments created by the Indian Act and their Indian Act Justice system.  One more step towards being- "you are assimilated with the ruling power" and then- "you have no right to demand Aboriginal rights from us."

Next, more quoted excerpts in italics, from that 1958 Indian Affairs memo to explain that nothing has changed from 1958. I have begun each paragraph with my description of current events. This shows that this memo is still on course in 2022:

*The Canadian government sets up these commissions to- "... tell him (Indian) that we are making progress and progress takes time and make him believe things are being done for his own good and set yourself up as a protector of the Indians human rights."

*The Canadian government shows many meetings, lots of talk and press conferences to- "Make the indian believe you are working hard for him  (indian) putting in much overtime and at a great sacrifice, and imply that he should be appreciative..."

*At the end of these commissions, the Canadian government puts on a big show, with Indians being showing on TV news in Western style Indian headdress, that almost no Indians in Canada ever wore. The "assimilated Indians" patting each other on the back for the commissions that never use the word genocide anywhere in its report- "...this is the ultimate in skills and stealing human rights: when you obtained the thanks of your victim..."

*See all the Indians lined up at the end of these news conferences, crying at the end of these commissions- "... hold a conference on human rights, have everyone blow off steam and tension, and go home feeling that things are well in hand..."

*In reality, nothing has changed. As one example, of the 94 Calls to Action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, only 12 Calls to Action have been acted upon- "... consult the Indian, but do not act on the basis of what you hear: tell the Indian he has a voice and go through the motions of listening. Then interpret what you have heard to suit your own needs..."

The Canadian government continues on its 150 year plan of genocide and the forced assimilation of the Six Nation People, their Children and the Coming Generations.

As one example of the abusive power that these commissions have, I offer the following. One of the Commissioners on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, Dr Marie Wilson, uses code words and phrases to hide genocide in a major Network television interview. She does not use the truthful words and phrases like: "Genocide, destruction of  indigenous peoples religion, sexual abuse  torture, murder, forced assimilation, kidnapping of indigenous children", the list goes on and on.

Instead, in this major network television interview, Marie Wilson officially described the residential schools as: "it was all about assimilation, christianization and basically redesigning human beings". She is officially calling Genocide- "basically redesigning human beings". Because she can't use the word genocide, because she would be admitting to the world, the crime of genocide that Canada has committed against the indigenous people of canada.

Let's break down her three code words and phrases from her major network television interview:

1: "christianization"- her meaning appears to say that the "means justify the end," even if the "means" are genocide. It appears she is saying these Indians need to be christians anyway, no matter how it is done. This is the "pretty" way to camouflage the destruction of indigenous people's religion. If not, perhaps she would like to make a statement stating that she is against the continued destruction of Indian people's religion by christian religious conversion. And Canada needs to stop it immediately. I do not believe christianization is even a word. It appears as though she may have invented it, coined it, to cover up genocide.

2: "assimilation"- notice that there is no mention of forced assimilation or genocide to accomplish this assimilation. And by these omissions, it appears to be her official view- that these Indians needed to be assimilated any way, in any form necessary, including genocide.  "Cultural genocide" is the "pretty" way to camouflage Genocide. If not, then perhaps she would like to make a statement officially declaring Canada's Genocide against the Indigenous People of Canada. The term "Cultural Genocide" does not appear in the United Nations Convention against Genocide.

3: "basically redesigning human beings"- it appears as though she is officially saying that the Creator made a mistake in creating these indians (unassimilated Indians). It is unimaginable, that anyone would describe genocide against white people, anywhere else in the world as: "basically redesigning human beings". It would be unacceptable, as it should be. No one would ever think of saying something like that about the genocide of white people. This type of selective language is only used when  genocide is committed against the indigenous people of the world.

Remember, before the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in Canada, there was a Truth and Reconciliation Commission in Australia used against the indigenous people there. So what's going on in Canada now, has all been played out before in Australia. Same empire, same game plan, same empty result, different continent.

Is it being put forth by Marie Wilson, that it is up to the white people to correct the Creator's mistakes?  Marie Wilson needs to clarify and apologize to every Residential School Survivor and every Indigenous Person in Canada, for these comments.

It appears as though Marie Wilson is trying to remain neutral about the forced assimilation and genocide of the indigenous people of canada.

Genocide is never about: "basically redesigning human beings." Shame on you Marie Wilson.

Here is Marie Wilson's interview on ABC Nightline, July 27th, 2022, 12:37 a.m. - 1:06 a.m. pdt. In-depth reporting with Julie Chang and Byron Pitts. This part of the interview occurred at 12:42am. Reporter: officials say attending the schools reinforced to the aim, to assimilate indigenous children into white culture, stripping them from their heritage and languages, separating them from their families, some suffered abuse, others even died at these schools. Dr Marie Wilson's quote in that interview "it was all about assimilation, christianization and basically redesigning human beings ". A reporter continues in the interview to say that the report labeling the school is a form of "cultural genocide". The commission calls on the pope to come to Canada and apologize. (end of news report)

Notice how no mention of the destruction of Indigenous People's Religion is mentioned in this news report.

Noticed they say "attending" the schools, not kidnapped and kept as captive prisoners at these residential schools. Remember from Article1, Tom Longboat and other indigenous children escaping from the residential schools?

The word "reinforced" is used, as opposed to "forced assimilation", because it sounds nicer.

"Stripping them", "separating them", "some suffered abuse", "others even died". All these words and phrases lessen and camouflage the genocide that the Canadian government is guilty of, against the indigenous children of Canada.

The truth is these indigenous children: were kidnapped, held captive, continual searched for if they escaped, suffered beatings, sexual abuse and torture and were murdered. The truth needs to be stated in these direct, clear terms, no matter how painful it may be. It is the truth.

Again, there is no such phrase as "cultural genocide" in the "United Nations Convention on Genocide". So it would appear there is no criminal charge for "cultural genocide" that can be made against Canada, from this official statement, from one of the three chairs of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. "Cultural genocide" is a safe phrase to say, because there will be no criminal charges to follow from officially declaring it. Canada makes itself safe from the charge of genocide.

The Canadian government likes to use the code word "cultural", instead of "religion",

Marie Wilson was one of three, co-chairs of The Truth and Reconciliation Commission. A news article related that she is white, married to an indigenous man.

Here is her background from a news article. -Dr Marie Wilson, in 2016, the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation appointed her a Trudeau mentor.

- 35 years of award-winning journalist.

- one of three commissioners of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada.

- she is the sole non-indian Truth and Reconciliation Commissioner.

Murray Sinclair (retired canadian Member of Parliament) and "elected chief" Steve Wilton Littlechild (participated in the writing of Bill C15) were the other two chairs on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

If any of the commissioners of these Canadian government commissions object to any this, let them show how many times they officially used the word "genocide" in the commission that they chaired. If they never use the word genocide, why not? Because they didn't have a mandate from the Canadian government to use the word genocide?

How many times have these commissioners said that all types of "christianization" of indigenous people must stop?

How many times have these commissioners said that all types of "assimilation" of indigenous people must stop?

How many times have these commissioners said that they will start using the word Genocide instead of "basically redesigning human beings"?

As a refresher, I will now include Article 11.) The complete 1958 Indian Affairs memo titled: "stealing Indian human rights," that excerpts in italics were used in this article. Cindy Blackstock brought forth this 1958 Indian Affairs memo. This 1958 memo is still the plan and blueprint of the Canadian government to implement Bill C15, as a tool to forcefully assimilate and commit genocide against the Indians ( unassimulated indians ) of Canada. Here is the complete 1958 Indian Affairs memo:

"Make him ( indian ) a non-person. Human rights are for people. Convinced the Indians that their ancestors are savages, that they were pagan, that indians are drunkards. Make them wards of the government. Make a legal distinction as in the Indian Act between indians and persons. Write history books that tell half the story. Convince the indian that he should be patient, that these things take time. Tell him that we are making progress and progress takes time and make him believe things are being done for his own good and set yourself up as a protector of the Indians human rights. Make the Indian believe you are working hard for him, putting in much overtime and at a great sacrifice, and imply that he should be appreciative. This is the ultimate in skills in stealing human rights: when you obtained the thanks of your victim. Hold a conference on human rights, have everyone blow off steam and tension, and go home feeling that things are well in hand. Consult the indian, but do not act on the basis of what you hear: tell the Indian he has a voice and go through the motions of listening. Then interpret what you have heard to suit your own needs."  Gerry Gambill- 1958, Department of Indian Affairs.

In closing, I will say that it is Longhouse teachings that we are not supposed to speak of another person's religion, or judge one another. But when you have such a heinous, orchestrated plan of genocide and forced assimilation of the Indigenous People of Canada, that the Canadian government is now putting into motion, it leaves me no choice but take on the responsibility of these teachings and write what I have put forth here. I have no other choice but to bring this forward now. It is also a Longhouse teaching that: if you know something and do not tell the people, there is a punishment for that.

"Assimilated Indians" cannot speak or act on behalf of Indians (unassimilated indians.)

This has been the hardest article to write.
