55.) This is how the Bureau of Indian Affairs completely controls the Indian nations that come under its jurisdiction. Only the U.S. Secretary of the Interior/Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Deb Haaland, has complete authority as to what indian will be the federally recognized Leader of a Indian Nation and then appointed "BIA Representative". And only Secretary Haaland determines how long that BIA Representative will serve.(10 min. read )

The plan to completely control and forcefully assimilate, all of the Native Americans in the United States is simple.

The President of the United States chooses and controls the US Secretary of the Interior/Bureau of Indian Affairs (Secretary of the Interior/BIA). The Secretary of the Interior chooses and controls the BIA Indian Representative (BIA Representive) of the Indian nation. And that BIA Representative chooses and controls all aspects of the lives of Indian people of that Nation. This is accomplished through the NY Federal-State-Tribal Courts and other BIA and casino funded programs administered to the Indian people by the BIA Representative.

If any of the Indian people protest or speak up about anything that they feel the U.S. government or the BIA Representative is negatively doing to them or the Indian nation, the BIA Representative can and will retaliate against those indians through the Indian court system- criminal, civil, family court and nation ordinances. Or retaliate against them through the administration of all the other BIA and casino funded programs. Directly or in directly, threatening to cut off funds and/or programs. These funds and programs control the entire lives of the Indian people of that nation. It is the primary source of their life and livelihood, when they live within the land jurisdiction of that Indian Nation.

Let's go down an incomplete list of how a BIA Representives can retaliate against Indians, who "step out of line":

*Banishment.

*Arrest and sending Indians to prison with harsher sentences, than would be allowed or authorized in US/State courts. There is no recourse through the federal or state courts of appeals. We now see in full view, the corruption of the United States courts and police departments throughout the entire legal system.  Innocent U.S. citizens going to prison. The "Innocence Project". With that in mind, what do you think the corruption in small indian courts and police departments is like? Who do they answer to? The BIA Representative.

*Subjecting Indians to "double jeopardy".

*Tearing down Indian homes and Longhouses, where indians hold ceremonies to give thanks to the Creator. And the U.S. Senators and the Secretary of the Interior stand in silence. These are good people, but why do they stand in silence and not speak out against the genocide they are witnessing, being committed against the Indian people. It would be like a U.S. government official giving legal orders and tearing down a church in a U.S. town. Would they be silent then? Do you think genocide is too strong a word? See article 33.) "United Nations Convention on Genocide Prevention". Mass killing of people does not always happen and is usually the last step of genocide. There are acts of genocide that include "causing serious harm to the mental health to members of the group". And "deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part". Read the United Nations Convention on Genocide, Article II and article III.

*Always putting Indian people in fear of losing their "good standing in the eyes of the BIA Representive". That could mean the loss of BIA and Nation funded benefits from the casinos or banishment, as some examples. And Indian casinos are always offered as the "carrot at the end of the stick" for enticement to come under the control of the BIA. In fact, it is always the biggest carrot at the end of the stick.

*Being ostracized from the majority of the indians who fall in line to follow the BIA government. As well as all indian nation employees who live in fear of losing their jobs and the same retaliation from the BIA Representive, if they do not go along with the decisions of the BIA imposed government. These are just a few examples.

But wait, isn't this sounding more and more like Stalin's communist Russia? Isn't this the  very definition of fascism?

And when a single indian person is chosen by the the Secretary of the Interior/BIA, to be the BIA Representive, he is the permanent leader of this BIA form of government. He is leader for life, so long as he does as the Department of the Interior/BIA instructs him to do. And that instruction is the BIA indian government's complete control over all aspects of the lives of the indian people, their children and all future generations.

No more protests like Wounded Knee. No more protests of Pipelines. No more protests of forced assimilation. No more "Longest Walks". No freedom of speech.

All leading to future loss of Indian rights. All leading to Indians becoming tax paying American citizens. Assimilation.

The "final solution" to the "Indian problem".

Hitler or Marx could not have come up with a more efficient and insidious "final solution". Do you think this is too extreme of an example? Remember: the Residental Schools? The Trails of Tears? How would you and your children like to live under this BIA Indian Government control type system as described, today in 2023? Would you understand it as fascist, only if you and your family were living under it, with nowhere else to go?

This is the other piece of the puzzle, as to how the United States government is gaining control over all the Indian nations in the United States. First, through the "Land Trusts" of the Department of the Interior/Bureau of Indian Affairs and absolute power of control it has over these BIA Indian Nation Representatives. And the BIA Representative's absolute power of control over the Indian people of that Nation. And second, through the Tribal Indian Courts system, and complete control of other Indian nation programs.

An effective and insidious plan of genocide.

The BIA Indian Representative serves at the pleasure of the Secretary of the Interior/BIA. And who does the Secretary of the Interior/BIA serve at the pleasure of- but the President of the United States. If China were doing such a thing to a minority, would not the United States be crying foul?

Let us recall the court case of Shenandoah v. Hallbritter, 2004. The District Court's decision, citing a quote from Alexander Hamilton, to draw comparisons between the present situation of the Oneida Nation and the Hamilton quote:

" If [a] legislature can disenfranchise any number of citizens at pleasure by general descriptions, it may soon confine all the votes to a small number of partisans, and establish an aristocracy or an oligarchy; if it may banish at discretion all those who particular circumstances render obnoxious, without hearing or trial, no man can be safe, nor know when he may be the innocent victim of a prevailing faction. The name of liberty applied to such a government, would be a mockery of common sense."

So according to Alexander Hamilton's quote; the Secretary of the Interior/BIA's complete and sole choice of the BIA Representative, means there are not even any votes to count, to confine the votes to "a small number of partisans". It is not a democracy. And "The name of liberty applied to such a government, would be a mockery of common sense". Wouldn't the name of such a government be a called a dictatorship? Or like when the U.S  government brought down a democratically elected Iranian government and put the dictatorship of the Shah of Iran in power, to run a "puppet government".

The Haudenosaunee Confederacy is described by the United States government as a democracy. And what does the Bureau of Indian Affairs call its government model, for the Indian people of America? That would be a good question to ask your Congressperson, or the Secretary of the Interior. Contact them about this.

According to Hamilton's quote; the BIA's Representive's governmental power, to at any time he chooses, to find an Indian citizen "not in good standing with the nation", would be the same as Hamilton's "...no man can be safe, nor know when he may be the innocent victim of a prevailing faction".

According to Hamilton's quote; the U.S. government and the Department of the Interior/BIA have created an indian government that has not just "established an aristocracy or an oligarchy;" but a dictatorship forced upon the Native Americans of the United States. This has been accomplished through centuries of treaties, legislation, laws, lawsuit annotations and acts, that can referred to as a "stone wall". It is now reaching its fruition.

The BIA Indian Nation Representative is not elected by the Indian people. The BIA Representative is appointed solely and with complete discretion of the Secretary of the Interior/BIA. So again, there is no democracy. Doesn't this go against everything the United States has been trying to do, to bring democracy throughout the world? Yet it denies this democracy to the Native Americans of the United States. Remember the United States, catastrophic Middle East Plan of the "Arab Spring?"

The Haudenosunee Confederacy is a democracy. There is a  United States Congressional Proclamation that the Haudenosaunee Confederacy was the actual democratic model that the original United States framers used, when it formed the structure of of the two Houses of Congress and the Executive Branch. In the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, there is a Chief that carries the informal name of "the well". In the United States Congress there is a senator who also carries the informal name of "the well". The responsibility of these two is the same. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy was given to the Indian people from the Creator and it predates the arrival of the Europeans to North America. There are U.S. government documents, readily available on the internet, that list section for section, the United States government that matches and corresponds to the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.

In 1978, the Indians across North America participated in the "Longest Walk". From the west coast to Washington DC. This was to protest the United States plan to abrogate all treaties and agreements with Indian nations in the United States. The U.S. was going to do away with all Indian rights. The "Longest Walk" culminated in Washington with speeches at the Lincoln Monument. Because of this protest, the government stopped its plan to destroy all the Indian people in the United States. Could this be what's going on now with the Cayuga Nation, as the latest victim of the United States current plan to do away with democratic Indian Nations across America. Are we witnessing the U.S.'s genocidal plan in progress, against the Native Americans of the United States. If Russia was doing something like this to a minority, would not the United States be crying foul?

It is as if the 1978 U.S. government said to the Indian people: "you indians want sovereignty- we will give you indians sovereignty - a perverted sovereignty".

And just how does one become a BIA Representative? It just happened with the Cayuga Nation and previously with the Oneida Nation- an Indian just simply provides an informal "survey" to the Secretary of the Interior/Bureau of Indian Affairs. No checks and balances needed as to the authenticity of that informal "survey". No official voting needed. Just be the first Indian in line with their stained and crumbled pieces of paper surveys, to show "overwhelming support for his leadership". It really is that simple.

The Secretary of the Interior/BIA will gladly except this and sometimes go through the motions of listening to the other Indian people of that Nation. It appears as though it's just a "dog and pony show" to give the illusion that there is really some thought going into who's going to be chosen by the Secretary of the Interior/BIA. And who would be chosen by the Secretary- none other than an indian who will do as ordered by the Secretary. For if they do not obey the Secretary, they will be removed, at the Secretary of the Interior/BIA's pleasure.

And all of this is in clear violation of the: United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP), that the United States has agreed to accept and abide by.

Again, this is offered for your consideration and discussion in your circle.
