105.) SIX NATIONS IS NOW IN THE FINAL PHASE OF THE 1969 WHITE PAPER. In 1969, the Liberal Party of Canada introduced the indian "White Paper" to do away with all status rights, treaties, land claims and make the Indians become tax paying Canadian citizens. (10 min. read)

All of the elements of the 1969 White Paper are now in place, except for the tribal court.

What is described in article 104 and previous articles, is in fact the implementation of this same 1969 White Paper.

In 1969, it was the Indian people who stopped this White Paper.

In 2025, it will again be the Indian people who will stop this same, 1969 White Paper.

Shortly after the introduction of the 1969 White Paper, Harold Cardinal  Cree, declared the White Paper as:

"a thinly disguise programme to exterminate through assimilation."

The "Indian Act six nation band council tribal court" is one of the final pieces being put into place to fully implement the 1969 White Paper, to "exterminate through assimilation".

In 2014, the same Liberal Party denounced the 1969 White Paper as a serious mistake. But this same Liberal Party has been secretly implementing the 1969 White Paper ever since.

What is a "White Paper"- "In the Canadian legislature, a policy paper is called a White Paper." It is a document designed to explain a government policy.

The 1969 White Paper itself states that to accomplish its goal: "Many years will be needed. Some efforts may fail, but learning comes from failure and from what is learned, success may follow. All the partners have to learn; all will have to change many attitudes." And "Indian people must be persuaded, must persuade themselves, that this path will lead them to a fuller and richer life."

This is exactly what has been happening since 1969, since the introduction of that White Paper. Canada has been moving forward finding out what works and we are now in the final phase of the 1969 White Paper.

All of the elements that the Canadian government and the Indian Act six nation band council are putting in place now, are all the same elements listed in the 1969 White Paper. Identical. Read it for yourself.

By the end of 2025 Canada fully expects :

*All Six Nation People will be in process to become tax paying Canadian citizens.

*The Six Nations band council or individual Indians will be able to sell their land to any and all Canadian citizens or corporations. And the "Expropriation Law" will be able to be imposed on all Indian people to steal their land.

*The Department of Indian Affairs, the Indian Act and the Six Nations band council will be systematically eliminated and all future dealings for the newly created "Canadian citizen of six nations people" will be through the Provincial government. All "Canadian Indians" will now become tax paying Canadian citizens.

Throughout the 1969 White Paper, they refer to the Indian people as "Canadian indians". The Haudenosaunee People are NOT "Canadian Indians", so the 1969 White Paper does not apply to the Haudenosaunee People.

Here are some points of comparison with the 1969 White Paper and what Canada and the Indian Act-six nations band council are doing now, to "exterminate through assimilation", the Six Nation people.

* The lawsuit brought by the Indian Act-six nations band council against Canada, will bring about substantial settlement money for all land claims with extinguishment clauses to end all treaties, legal status and future land claims. This is also a part of the 1969 White Paper. This will make all Six Nation People-tax paying Canadian citizens.

The monetary lawsuit settlement is also a part of the White Paper, where it states Canada will "Make substantial funds available for economic development as an interim measure", during the initial phase of transition of the "Canadian Indians" to become Canadian citizens.

Both, the "elimination of status, treaties, land claims" and "substantial funds for indian economic development" are key points described in the 1969 White Paper and are necessary for the success of the White Paper's main purpose, to "exterminate through assimilation".

*Six Nation band council is a Department of Canada. This is simply Canada dealing with itself to exterminate the Indian people. On the right hand of Canada, is the Department of Indian Affairs hand puppet. On Canada's left hand, is the Indian Act-six nations band council hand puppet. Each puppet talks to one other and agrees how to do away with the Indian people by implementing the 1969 White Paper. This is the part of the White Paper that proposes to create new departments to facilitate and administer this "extermination through assimilation" of the Six Nation people. (and this is exactly what is now happening to the Haudenosaunee People in the U.S. also. Under the guise of the Bureau of Indian Affairs.)

*Indian Act-six nation band council police force will be given the necessary jurisdiction to enforce the 1969 White Paper agenda of this "extermination through assimilation".

*Indian Act-tribal court of the six nation band council will be given the necessary jurisdiction to administer the 1969 White Paper agenda through "band council's" criminal, civil, bylaws and codes of "extermination through assimilation".

This will: "assimilate indigenous people by removing their unique legal status under the Indian Act and integrating them into provincial government systems as regular citizens".

It will also: nullify existing treaties, dissolve the Department of Indian Affairs and allow for the sale of Reserve Land by Band Council and individual Indian people.

Find this information out for yourself. Search: "1969 White Paper on Indians in Canada". Here are some quotes that you'll find from numerous sources:

"The 1969 White Paper on Indians in Canada officially titled "Statement of the Government of Canada on Indian Policy", was a policy document proposed by the Canadian government to abolish the Indian status, and assimilate indigenous people into mainstream Canadian Society by removing special legal protections and treaty rights, leading to widespread criticism and being ultimately withdrawn in 1970 due to strong opposition from indigenous communities."

"Key points about the 1969 White Paper:

Proposed by:

Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau and his Minister of Indian Affairs Jacques Chretien.

Main goal:

To assimilate indigenous peoples by removing their unique legal status under the Indian Act and integrating them into provincial government systems as regular citizens.

Controversial aspects:

The White Paper proposed to nullify existing treaties, dissolve the Department of Indian Affairs, and allow for the sale of Reserve land.

Indigenous response:

The Proposal was met with widespread criticism and activism from indigenous communities who viewed it as an attempt to erase their culture and identity.

The Outcome:

Due to the intense backlash, the White Paper was withdrawn in 1970."

Also "In 2014, the Liberal Party of Canada renounced the 1969 White Paper on indigenous peoples as a mistake as a step towards Reconciliation."

"Resolution-at its 2014 Biennial Convention, the Liberal Party of Canada officially denounced the 1969 White Paper and acknowledged it was a serious mistake. The party also committed to consulting with indigenous people when considering legislation and policy that impacts their rights."

Here are excepts for an article from the Canadian Encyclopedia, originally published online September 24, 2015, edited June 10, 2020. By Nathan Legace and Niigaanwewidam James Sinclair:

" The 1969 White Paper (formerly known as the "Statement of the Government of Canada on Indian Policy, 1969") a Canadian government policy paper that attempted to abolish previous legal documents related to indigenous people in Canada, including the Indian Act and treaties. It also aimed to assimilate all Indians peoples into the Canadian state. The 1969 White Paper was proposed by Ministry of Indian Affairs and Northern Development- Jacques Chretien and Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau to widespread criticism. The policy proposed to eliminate Indian status, incorporate First Nations as a provincial government responsibility, and inpose land decisions, notions of private property and economic agendas on indigenous communities".

" The 1969 White Paper... it also aimed to eliminate treaties and assimilate all Indians fully into the Canadian state."

"In response to the backlash, Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau withdrew the White Paper in 1970 and angrily stated: 'We'll keep them in the ghetto as long as they want'. "

This from- indigenousfoundations arts.ubc.ca:

"In this end, the White Paper proposed to:

*eliminate Indian status

*dissolve the Department of Indian Affairs within 5 years

*abolish the Indian Act

*convert Reserve Land to private property that can be sold by the band or its members.

*Transfer responsibility for Indian Affairs from the Federal government to the Province and integrate these services into those provided to other Canadian citizens

*provide funding for economic development

*appoint commissioner to address outstanding land claims and gradually terminate existing treaties."

And here is a quote from Harold Cardinal, The Unjust Society:

"In spite of all government attempts to convince Indians to accept the White Paper, their efforts will fail, because Indians understand that the path outlined by the Department of Indian Affairs through its mouthpiece, The Honorable Mr. Chretien, leads directly to cultural genocide. We will not walk this path.- Harold Cardinal, The Unjust Society"

All that has occurred from introduction of the 1969 White Paper to now, is in clear and flagrant violation of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP), also known in Canada as Bill C15.

The world will see what Canada and the Indian Act- six nations band council is doing now, as illegal and invalid according to Bill C15 and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP).

Finally let us remember the Department of Indian Affairs document from 1924, as a part of the response to the League of Nations regarding Levi General's speech in Geneva. After the purview of the Indian Act is given, on page 13, the last sentence clearly states;

"The ultimate aim of the government is to fit the Indians for full citizenship."

Nothing has changed.

I predict that the year 2025 will be a year of tremendous upheaval, as it is the end and culmination of the Canadian and United States government's 150 year plan to do away with all the Haudenosaunee People of Turtle Island... it has already begun.

In 1969, it was the Indian People of Canada who knew what to do and stopped the 1969 White Paper from destroying the Indian people.

In 2025, it will again be the Indian People of Canada, who know what to do and will stop this same 1969 White Paper from destroying the Indian people.

They have tried numerous times to get rid of  the Indian People- 1799, 1875, 1978, 1969 and now in 2025. They have always failed to destroy the Indian people and they always will fail to destroy the Indian people. We are protected from above.

The Indian people know what to do, now.

Only people who tell the truth are retaliated against. That's how you know the truth is being told.
